We hope you are happy with your R2 Amsterdam item(s). Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Return shipment fees are to be paid by the buyer.
Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Please contact us before returning the item.

Frequently Asked Questions about Returns
1. Register your return here and create a return label.
2. Select the item or items you want to return and follow the steps
3. Choose the return method available for your country.
4. Print (if applicable) your return label and stick it on your package.
5. Place the item in the original packaging. Make sure the item is unworn with all tags still attached.
6. Complete the enclosed return form and add the completed form to your return shipment.
7. Drop off your package at the parcel point of the courier you selected.
8. Always ask for a proof of postage or a receipt with a tracking number and keep it safe until we have processed your return.
Through our return portal, we offer discounted shipping costs for selected countries. If you are returning an article from another country, you can use a courier of your own choice. You still need to register the return in the portal, before shipping it.
Below we show the return shipping rates of a few countries. You will find the return costs for all countries in the return portal when you register your return.

In the portal, you can choose the option to exchange an item for another size (if available). If you wish to exchange for another item, you can select the store credit option. You can place a new order for the exchange item and use the store credit.
Please note an exchange for UK customers is only possible if the total order amount of the exchanged items is 135 GBP or more.
If you prefer to use another courier and not select one in our portal, you don’t need to register the return in the portal. You can directly return the parcel to below address.
Be sure to place the return form in the box so we can match the return to your account. We cannot process returns without this form.

All return parcels from outside the EU must have a ‘pro forma’ (customs) invoice attached to the outside of the parcel, so the customs office has access to it.
We strongly recommend using our return portal, as it will automatically create this proforma invoice for you. You can use the same invoice for claiming back the import tax and duties.
After you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to ship the parcel.
After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for placing the
initial order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 5 business days have passed since your return was delivered to our
warehouse, please contact us at email@example.com.
When you return products from outside the EU back to us, you can reclaim the import duty and VAT that you paid for these products. For this, you can use the proforma invoice that was created in the portal for your parcel.
Each country has their own customs service desk. Contact the customs office in your country to apply for a refund of import duty and VAT.
