Shipping, Returns and Payment

Yes you can. For orders with a UK delivery address, the minimum order amount is 135 GBP. Exchanging articles is not possible for UK orders, only a refund is possible.

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a confirmation email with the track and trace code. You can trace the status of your parcel with this code on the website of the courier service. More information about shipping and leadtimes can be found on the page 'shipping and returns'.

You can check the status of your return parcel with the track & trace code. After receiving your returned parcel in our warehouse, it takes 2-3 working days for your return to be processed. If you have questions about the status, contact us via and mention your order number.

When you used your own courier instead of the portal, please also mention the track & trace code of your parcel.

It’s possible the courier delivered your parcel to a pick-up point because you were not at home at the time of delivery. The courier should have informed you about this. The delivery location is mentioned in the status of the track & trace information on the courier’s website. Contact the courier service directly or us via if you still have questions.

We offer payment by Klarna invoice for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Finland and France. You must be at least 18+ to use Buy Now Pay Later services. After you have placed an order, you will receive the Klarna invoice by email. The billing of your order will be done by Klarna. If you do not pay on time, Klarna is entitled to claim a penalty.
