Shipping and Returns
Shipping
After receipt of the payment, your order will be processed. Paid orders placed before 1PM on a work day will be shipped the same day.
If you order after 1PM, on a bank holiday or during the weekend, the order will be shipped the following work day.
Orders with destination UK are shipped 2 working days after receipt of payment.
The minimum order amount for UK orders is 150 GBP. Exchanging articles is not posible for UK orders, only a refund is possible.

Orders for an address outside the EU are shipped 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Customers outside the EU may be charged with import duties and VAT by their local customs. Please contact the customs of the destination country to find out what the import costs will be for your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email with the track and trace code will be send to you by the courier. You can trace the status of your parcel with this code on the website of the courier service.
The average delivery times differ per country.
- Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
- Other countries within the EU: 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Countries outside the EU: 5-10 working days after dispatch. Please note: when the parcel arrives at your local customs you will receive a message from the courier to pay for customs clearance and import tax. After payment, the parcel will be released for delivery. This affects the delivery time.
All delivery times mentioned above are subject to change.
Our orders are shipped with DPD, GLS and courier services such as FedEx and UPS. With the track & trace code you receive from the courier, you can check the status of your order. If you are not at home when the courier is at your door, you will be notified by the carrier about a second delivery attempt or with an instruction of where you can pick up the package.
We offer free shipping to The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany.
Shipping fees are charged for parcels to all other countries. You can find the exact amount on the check-out page when you place your order. These costs are based on the current rates of the courier services. Please note this amount does not include local import fees and taxes.
Returns and Refunds
In the unfortunate event that something is wrong with an item that you purchased, please let us know. Contact us so we can inform you what to do next.
Send a picture of the complaint to webshop@r2.amsterdam and mention the order number.
We will handle your complaint promptly.
After you have ordered a product, you have a 30-day reflection period. Return shipment fees are to be paid by the buyer.
1. Send us an email via webshop@r2.amsterdam .
2. In the registration, inform the article code + size per article. If you would like to exchange an item (not possible for UK orders), state the article code + size of the preferred exchange item.
3. Fill in the return form that came with your order.
4. Place the return article(s) with the filled-in return form, in the box.
5. Close the box properly so it cannot open during transport.
6. Ship the parcel with a courier of your choice to 1 of the below addresses. Return shipment fees are to be paid by the buyer.

After you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to ship the parcel.
After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for placing the initial order.
When you return products from outside the EU back to us, you can reclaim the import duty and VAT that you paid for these products.
Each country has their own customs service desk. Contact the customs office in your country to apply for a repayment of import duty and VAT.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you will get the exchange item(s) that you want, is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Alternatively, you can request an exchange when you inform us of your return order. Indicate for which item you would like to exchange the item that you have. We will send the exchange item after receipt and processing of your return in our warehouse.
It is not possible to exchange a product for delivery addresses in the UK.
